01 Acceptance of Terms

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register personal player accounts on kkfd cast.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gaming activities.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of kkfd cast or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

kkfd cast reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. This may include a national identity card, passport, or utility bill. Accounts may be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accumulated during a period of unverified eligibility may be withheld until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one kkfd cast account. If you already have an account, you must not create a second one. Duplicate accounts will be identified and closed, and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited without notice.

When registering your kkfd cast account, you must provide your real name, a valid email address, a working mobile number, and accurate payment details. All information provided must belong to you personally — you may not register using another person's details or a fictitious identity.

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details, payment method, or any other registered information changes, you must update your account promptly. kkfd cast is not responsible for failed communications or payment issues resulting from outdated account information.

• Account registration is free and takes under two minutes to complete.
• You must verify your mobile number during registration via a one-time code.
• kkfd cast may require additional identity verification before processing your first withdrawal.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee or closure at kkfd cast's discretion.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

kkfd cast processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently supported. There are no currency conversion fees applied to any transaction on kkfd cast.

The minimum deposit on kkfd cast is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, please contact the kkfd cast support team with your transaction reference number.

The minimum withdrawal on kkfd cast is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed automatically and most players receive their funds within five minutes of submitting a request. In some cases, particularly for larger amounts or first-time withdrawals, additional verification may be required before the payment is released.

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name.
• kkfd cast does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as coming from a third party will be returned and the account may be suspended.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• kkfd cast reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above a certain threshold. This may delay processing by up to 48 hours.
• Any fees charged by your mobile banking provider in connection with a transaction are your responsibility and are not covered by kkfd cast.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games available on kkfd cast — including WM Live, Insect Master, Fishing Disco, Darts, Keno, and Plinko — are governed by individual game rules that are displayed within each game interface. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms and Conditions and must be read alongside them.

All game outcomes on kkfd cast are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG is independently audited on a regular basis to ensure fairness. kkfd cast does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any game once it has started.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error that affects a game round, kkfd cast reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to players.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface before you place a bet.

Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be raised with the kkfd cast support team within 72 hours of the game round in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

kkfd cast offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed at the point of each offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that bonus in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses on kkfd cast carry a wagering requirement, which means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game is displayed in the bonus terms at the time of the offer.
• One bonus at a time: You may only hold one active bonus at a time on kkfd cast. You cannot claim a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kkfd cast. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with kkfd cast games or systems in a way that is not available to regular players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the kkfd cast platform. Any such issues must be reported to the support team immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the kkfd cast platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
